How To Change Your Start Page In Your Web Browser

If you had your web browser set up so that when you started it up, you were automatically taken to the nemichigan.com webpage, you will want to change that setting so that you are automatically taken to the new Montmorency Tribune webpage. Below are the instructions for doing so.

Internet Explorer Browser
Internet Explorer 5 and 6

  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. In the Address box, type http://www.montmorencytribune.com
  5. Click OK.

Internet Explorer 4

  1. Start Internet Explorer
  2. On the View menu, click Internet Options.
  3. In the Address box, type http://www.montmorencytribune.com
  4. Click OK.

Firefox Browser

  1. Start Firefox
  2. Click on Tools at the top of your screen.
  3. Next click on Options in the tools menu. (near the bottom of your choices)
  4. Click on the General tab.
  5. In the Address box, type http://www.montmorencytribune.com
  6. Click OK.

Google Chrome Browser

  1. Start Chrome
  2. Click on Tools at the top of your screen. (has photo of little wrench)
  3. Select Options.
  4. Click the Basics tab.
  5. In the "Home page" section, set your home page to http://www.montmorencytribune.com
  6. Click Close.
